This is great stuff, and something I feel like needs to be talked about more explicitly. Both for purposes of greater equity and inclusivity, and also because thinking about the relationships between players and the unspoken / invisible structures underlying them will, I think, lead to better games.

Ya know, it is honestly heartening to know that there are people out there who I’ve (respectfully) never even heard of (despite being pretty tapped into the TTRPG scene) that are still being this successful.
