My personal favourite alternatives are Davinci Resolve (I use the free version; it’s awesome) for Premiere Pro— I’m pretty sure it can import Adobe project files. Clip Studio Paint is a great paid PS alternative, while Krita is free and excellent (both can import and export PDS files)

I personally like fiddling around in Little Alchemy 2 when I’m stressed :D
