I was there for a covid antibody infusion bc my body doesn’t seem to do a great job with the whole immunity thing. I get an iron infusion there next week.
I use an Aranet to track the co2 & it’s a fairly well ventilated hospital, but I stay masked, regardless.

The infusion centre was thankfully quiet, I got a room with a functioning door & the nurses were all understanding.
It’s just very exhausting & frustrating to have to watch unmasked people endangering themselves & others in a cancer/infusion centre for no damn good reason.

Nothing but surgicals on the rns, but they've been very understanding about keeping the door closed (individual rooms!) & actually having the masks on their face, a huge improvement over the private clinic I had my last Pemgarda (covid antibody) infusion at.

I was going to do the very “unique” thing where you quote a line that’s relevant, but when I looked it up to get the punctuation correct, it’s… bad out there. Not sure where my late 90’s print copy is to check.

Ahh nice, less stuff to have to worry about packing/moving when that time comes.
We’ve been clearing out quite a bit ourselves. We didn’t have mental space (well, the leaky roof didn’t help) in spring, but for some reason it’s been time now.
It’s so hard to let go tho! (Having other ppl does help)

The way it’s phrased I totally pictured a mobster (50’s movie style, complete with chewed up cigar & hat) at the door with some “goons” just picking up & immediately putting down everything you own. Maybe making a comment about their mom having “onna deez”.

I really love how each year there has been an improvement over the last!! The ink-brick is VERY satisfying!
