Didn’t respond to my points at all.
I didn’t feel the need to tell them that I was ~their worst nightmare: a fat person WITH diabetes. Both my parents AND grandmothers have/had diabetes, so my fatness has less to do with my diagnosis than my genetics.
Also, diabetes is complicated!

The Salvation Army was a presenter at a meeting I recently attended and they were like, we were led by a woman once! We were progressive then!

i moved almost 5 years ago from a bookstore desert (only B&N) to a place with SO MANY bookstores.
that being said, HPB DOES have online shopping and i DO regularly take advantage of it.
