Like, I'm half-worried that just by posting this, one or more of the folks who post drama about that one Potato guy will be convinced I'm a sympathizer of his or something.

Myself, I try to stay clear of drama and just focus on positive interactions, rather than 'take sides' or tick anyone off (unless someone's a literal IRL groomer/bigot/something equally serious).
If anyone's spreading drama, I may unfollow them.

The only unfollows/blocks I've had are, at least, people who I barely interacted with.
I do sometimes interact with NSFW accounts, but I try to keep any actual lewd content off my TL.
