They might as well use this opportunity and rewrite awkward parts of canon lore (they won't but wouldn't it be cool)

Infinite dragons may serve us some exposition that was missing before, like why are we even going to AU Draenor, or why such characters as Grommash and Yrel pull 180 on us in the end, etc. They can say "oh it was actually us back in the day, we were messing with timeline and it went soo wrong, lol"

Like I recently started doing draenor legacy content for the first time ever for achievements, mounts and general lulzies... And like, honestly? I like the visuals a lot (Shadowmoon Valley, oh-am-gee 😍🥰), I did like the introductory quest
