"The adjustment has been fine. It's really just about putting the dots together. I think it's mostly vocabulary at the moment. Words being very different, metrics are being quite different too, so instead of talking about meters, we're talking about feet and yards and all that stuff,

"The thing I want to bring to JHR is consistency. With Grosjean, they have shown pace two years ago on road and street courses. With Conor, they have shown a lot of pace on every oval last season. I think I can tie those together, and we can create a front-running package for the entirety of 2026.
