A small #GivingTuesday donation will help IGWL fund our 2026 plans: event spaces, election work, printing, and the basics that keep us going.

If you’re able, donate today or grab something from our shop. We thank you for your continued support. 🫶

💟 Giving Tuesday is one week away. If you’re skipping the big corporate spending this year, consider reinvesting a few dollars into local organizing.

We run entirely on community donations. Every dollar goes into our actions, supplies, & tools.

Thank you for helping us grow!

As Thanksgiving approaches, we hold space for the Indigenous communities whose land we live on and whose stewardship long predates this holiday. Their legacy of collective care reminds us why we continue to take action and show up for one another.

40+ IGWLers packed 800 whistle kits tonight! We’re sending these to Durham, NC via Bull City Indivisible, as they experience an increase in ICE activity. Solidarity and resource sharing is so important. We keep us safe. ✊

❌ We Ain’t Buying It! Thanksgiving through Cyber Monday, we’re asking people across the country to hit pause on shopping from three major corporations that have enabled this administration. Don’t buy anything from Target, Home Depot, or Amazon. Use the time and money to rediscover what matters.

Join us tomorrow! ICE activity in other states has risen, with aggressive detentions happening in neighborhoods, near schools, and in community spaces.

We stood with the people this past weekend to demand AT&T stop contracting with ICE, CBP, and DHS.
These agencies are harming immigrant and Black communities, and we won’t fund it.
No upgrades. No new plans. Not one dollar until AT&T chooses people over profit.

🫶 Last week, Indivisible Greater West Loop spent time volunteering at the Greater Chicago Food Depository. 1 in 5 of our Chicago neighbors are impacted by food insecurity, and with SNAP benefits and vulnerable communities under attack, it’s more important than ever to show up. We keep us safe.
