Cass County and Bates County showed UP! Thanks to everyone who made their voices heard in Harrisonville. Our turnout gave a lot of people hope, including many people who weren't aware of the protest and just happened to be passing by. THIS IS WHAT DEMOCRACY LOOKS LIKE! #NoKingsHarrisonville

We've got 90 days to collect at least 107,000 signatures from at least six out of eight congressional districts to put the new map before voters. Get trained and pick up petitions this Saturday: mobilize.us/s/UgfA0v

And we will not be silenced.

If you can't make it to Jefferson City Wednesday for the Fight Trump's Power Grab and Protect Democracy rally, be sure to email or call your state legislators.

Voters should pick their leaders - not the other way around. Come show Trump, Governor Kehoe, and Missouri legislators that we are not going to let them silence our voices.

If you're in Harrisonville and want to carpool to the rally, let us know. As of now there are two spots open in a vehicle.

"All of us, whether we're Democrats, Independents, or Republicans, should stand up to politicians who don't want to face accountability at the ballot box....If Republican policies are popular, why do they need to redraw these maps? Why can't they just run on their policies?" -James Talarico

When you go to vote, are you tired of having no option but a Republican? Many offices will be up for grabs in the 2026 election.

Cass County Democrats will have a candidate training in September.

If you'd like more information on running for any of these offices, let us know!

Quote from Alford in response to a question about equity, diversity, and inclusion at KCUR's recent Q&A: "I believe in equality. I don't believe in equity. If you don't understand the difference, that's the problem." 🙄

You can watch the Q&A here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=N1_c...

Sounds about right for Missouri. Anyone else feel like Rep. Alford, Senator Schmitt, and AG Bailey seem to be confused about their roles and think they're on Trump's PR team?

Congressman Alford wants you to think that you're alone, but even avid Trump supporters in our state draw a line somewhere. Join us in letting Congressman Alford and other elected officials know that Missouri isn't as bright red as they think it is.

On your next phone call to Congressman Alford’s office, ask where he’s volunteering while he’s in town.

Tired of being ignored by our elected officials at the state and national level who seem to think they were elected to serve as cheerleaders for the Trump administration? It is up to us to fight to protect our rights and values. Join Cass County MO Indivisible!
