2/2 I am local to SF. Berkeley also has a few restaurants doing this. The outcome is that locals don’t eat in areas with this practice. Bait and switch tactics just make me avoid eating there. It is not a good experience to guess my final bill. So I just avoid dining in SF. Lots of other options.

The remand is to determine if there is a factual basis to hand over the proceeding transcripts. I take this to mean that the judge needs to looks at whether any of the claims made by Comey's team appear to be true before handing them over. So is this a review of by the judge of the transcripts?

The plan to blackout Xmas and Thanksgiving is not going to fly. Plan and promote a black Friday blackout or one in January. This is such a bad idea that it seems like a false flag. Plan another No Kings on Black Friday or Boxing Day. This can be done smarter. Not saying that I got the answers.

I heard Jeffries interviewed on NPR and (given it was about as friendly as a professional journalist will be) he badly needs media training. I agree with him and understand the issue. It was like listening to high school principal no one Iikes explain how he was very disappointed in everyone.

Suggest your SO take her tire shopping for you and get them installed. NOT TO COSTCO THOUGH! Have you ever ate a chicken wrap while waiting 4 hours for tires? It’s how I met my first wife, then my 2nd three years later and my 3rd five years after that. (I got a job with a shorter commute.)

Yeah, I can’t find it. Seems fake. Mostly because it would be frontpage of at least a few sites. I went and checked Trump’s truth social account. He did by the way tweet for pregnant women not to use Tylenol. That was there. Also, the world seems gray and lifeless now.
