I love my cats. I got a new faux fur blanket that’s SO soft and not five minutes after I got under it in the couch, Amelia curled under it, under my legs, and then Violet and Cinnamon curled up together on top. They’re such cuddle bugs 🥹

Having an observatory 15 minutes away from my house is honestly one of my favorite things about living where I do.
The red/pink glow in the first picture (the Milky Way) is from the red lights used at the observatory to help with night sight. Not an aurora glow!

I don’t understand my cat — she came over to the couch from where she was sleeping with Amelia and just plopped down like this and immediately fell back asleep. She looks like a scarf 😂 How is this comfortable?!

Today was for finishing my book, cuddles with the kitties, playing with the doggo and taking her on an adventure, playing video games, and apparently binging s1 of Orphan Black after an impromptu decision to rewatch.

So uh 😅😅 there’s a third cat residing in my house at the moment. She was found in the middle of the interstate, miraculously unharmed.
Since today is a holiday, will be finding out in the coming days what’s to be done with this little one.
