My wife and I are going to a nice dinner tonight to celebrate a year of being healthier. That’s kind of all you can do as a means of mental recovery: celebrate what and who keeps you tethered and make sure they know they’re important.

It's most notable as a failure of potential. It was in every way positioned as a forever-game that was meant to be the platform for Halo for the next decade and a half AND a first-party showcase for XGS and in the end it was maybe the dinner special for a week.

The opportunity cost of delaying GTA6 six months is probably in the realm of $100 million to a billion dollars. I do not think that 1) they made that decision that quickly since the firings or 2) they wouldn’t just drag it out and delay the vote rather than the game.
