This is so true! It applies a lot in my life, but it’s particularly noticeable in my fiber arts. It’s frustrating to try to explain to someone that my cable knits need working, or that I need to adjust my tension, when they can’t “see” it because they don’t have the taste (or eyes) for it.

I’m not (currently) STEM-minded. What’s the application of this? I thought of cancer research and stem cell research, but I’m not sure how far off I am. I’d love to learn!
