The 3 largest gangs are Carnival, who dominates the Lazer market with their Lazer dens, Silk Street, the old-timers who still believe in what the Lazerveins originally stood for, and Flash Mob, the gang that wants to tear it all down and leave none who oppose standing. Every gang is lead by a boss.

These gangs each build their own Fluorescent Centrifuge, which lets them create their own Neon. However, a byproduct of bootleg Neon production is a popular narcotic called Lazer. Using this inhalant sends Neon power directly into your bloodstream, giving you incredible power... just don't overdo it

Lawful characters who want to do good will be welcomed at the VCPD. Clerics, Fighters, Paladins, and Rogues make excellent officers. Consider making a VCPD character if you are interested in being a law keeper that exists outside of the law.
