I love documentaries like Nova. And I was told I should watch Poldark.

I have a bad advice because it's not super effective; but it's somewhat effective. I moved some of my SM to my PC only. The challenge with that is the minute I get home, I'm jumping on it to see what I've missed. But at least I'm not consumed by it during the day; definitely not when I'm out.

that episode is an r rated movie with all those arm muscles and wings...and eyes... it will finally be old enough to watch itself!
