I seem to live in a sea of unexpected setbacks, constantly needing more resources than I have to respond. Staying true to yourself helps save me. I know I am a good person doing my best, deserving better. The system is breaking people: wilfully it seems. 😔 #housing #bills #RaiseTheRate #HousingNOW

We must act to ensure everyone can afford #housing. Currently the median income earner is entering rental or mortgage stress either renting OR paying off a new mortgage. 40 year mortgages. Retirees using Super post to pay down loans. Low income: on the streets! 😡 #auspol

Rent controls are needed, as is the slowing down of the things that are causing rapid and unsustainable inflation. Addressing the CGT and incentives to property owners to keep reinvesting - they have made it a market no one else has access to now. More public housing built/ acquired asap. #housing
