Even more shocking than Padilla's treatment and detention is Noem's statement that the purpose of ICE, DHS, HSI, the National Guard, the Marines, etc. in LA is to overthrow democratically elected governments because they will not kowtow to Trump and fascism.

You know, Don, that is the whole point of DUE PROCESS. Make your case about Abrego Garcia's supposed gang affiliation IN AN OPEN COURT, and bring your proof. And then the judge can actually look at his knuckles to see if "MS13" is actually there. Even then, a tattoo proves nothing.

If the US actually had food processing standards that the rest of the civilized world found acceptable, the EU would buy the damned chicken.
But the EU won't even accept any chlorinated chicken from its own member states, why would they accept it from the US?
