You need to be much more up front about the fact that trade-ins receive a measly 1/3rd of the credit value that you assign the game. As a result of the lack of transparency, my first engagement with your shiny new platform is disappointment at feeling misled. Not ideal.

Honestly, I always struggle with the concept of a single "favourite" game. That said, Outer Wilds is an absolute masterpiece - enormously fun, satisfying and inventive, in addition to definitively having the most powerful impact on me of any game I've ever played.
