I’ve been given medal’s in my life. I remember bowing my head to receive it in submission of the acknowledgement of the body conferring the honour. I don’t ever remember placing a medal on myself. Also, the medal once bestowed should always be tucked away so as to not be a braggart. Am I wrong?
