I don’t know what case you’re looking for, but the speech debate clause applies to legislative acts. The statements they made in the video would be unofficial acts. It’s pretty specific to voting, committee work, speeches on the floor, etc..

You don’t have to have an expensive budget for a good entry-level electric guitar. And used is just as good as brand new as long as the pick up works.

100% agree. They didn’t do anything illegal. Reiterating parts of the oath that the military is already required to take is hardly interfering with the military. Make the FBI go to a judge get a subpoena. Drag it out. But definitely do not go willingly.

What’s your budget? For the money, Yamaha Pacifica 012 or 112J are both super solid. Should be able to find either one of those brand new under $200. And probably half that used.

This is why the military has lawyers. If a service member feels it’s illegal then they can reach out and get clarification. There is no slippery slope. This idiot is saying it doesn’t matter if it’s illegal because if the president orders it, it’s not. That sort of thinking will land you in jail.

Yeah, that was bad …Well, hopefully, he just gets his dumb decision out of his system in his first few years. I think it’s become harder and harder to distinguish who’s a generational QB these days. Nobody thought Tom Brady out of college was going to be in the conversation for the GOAT.
