My doctor called me to tell me I have high LDL cholesterol and that I need to lay off the red meat, dairy, butter, and eggs. Also that I need to implement a workout routine…. Y’all, I’m a pescatarian, yoga teacher, and lift weight/cardio 5 times a week. Honestly, a very healthy eater too!
