I agree with you, but if that concession eases Russian maximalist demands, I think it’s an adequate army size. Every big European country has an army that is less than half of that!

For the amount of people that live in the country, it’s a decent size. I don’t think the armed forces of Ukraine currently have a bigger army than that.

It may have lost a propeller, which ripped the hull open. Similar incident happened to a USMC C-130 in Mississippi 7 years ago.
