And your authoring through some kind of WYSIWYG or markdown so can’t wrap them in a span or whatever?

Sounds fun, but I am assuming what you’re asking for is the same kind of thing as asking to be able to target certain words in content in CSS?

What do you actually wanna do to them?

🙂 yep! Real example - if you’ve listened spell a band name wrong or there are 2 bands with the same name and you select the wrong one you can’t get rid of it.

It really is quite odd and doesn’t follow standard iOS conventions to remove a row

Apple here too - you can also turn off the vocals of most songs and have a karaoke party, which I have to say is a killer feature.

Worst thing - can’t delete individual searches so if you’ve listened to Spice Girls in-between The Replacements and Minor Threat you can’t hide it

I was in the middle, which felt like the back. Huuuuuuge

Ah, I guessed you were in there somewhere. I didn’t see @seanrleahy.bsky.social either

But I really like the concepts you’re talking about here with Dan. These models and connotations of them are deeply important.

Interestingly (or not) I touched on the idea of design systems / manufacturing model at the first Converge… iknowdavehouse.medium.com/are-design-s... BUT despite being a bit of a Luddite myself I did see some positives in the analogy of the process of “translating a design ready for manufacture”…

Really good one, great to meet you in real life

It was an incredible talk and I’m sure the gaps felt longer for you than it actually felt for us. Handled it brilliantly.

This is awesome!

While it doesn’t stop people adding too much content, it fixes the bug if they do.

On top of this we try and guide people to explain the choices up front if they need it and use the form to just make the decision. But there are some good use cases for individual supportive text so provided it 2/2

Two sides to it: We noticed an issue with checking an input with voice control if the label had any inline HTML. As this is how people were adding formatted supporting text it meant a lot of inputs didn’t work.

So we created an associated supportive text prop on each radio / checkbox. 1/2

Is this a stress case?

FYI - this is still happening. She got a notification about my letter today. When she tries to open the notification it just says “you cannot access this message” or something similar

Just don’t want to mention the three letters starting with A and ending with M? 😂

Awesome. I have used some of that silent coat stuff but sometimes it just feels like you want to keep all the nice new painted metal exposed eh!

But I just put a deposit down on a 62 🙀. It’s so nice I couldn’t help it.
