dear university professors, can we stop the trend of using random programming languages with minimal online documentation outside of academic research papers and barely supported compilers to teach basic logical propositions?

who woulda thought that reverse engineering the spotify blend algorithm and then reimplementing it in tidal wouldn't be a straight forward process.................. anyway i am 90% done with this yes it'll be open source and also hosted on my website.

found out spotify runs ICE recruitment ads and is defending it amid backlash. moved to tidal and cancelled my subscription.
only issue is that a load of jpop are songs missing, which is basically the main genre i listen to 😭 is this an importing issue or does tidal just not have that much jpop?

i'm so glad that for my masters degree we are learning a theoretical modelling language that literally only has documentation in lecture slides and research papers focused on that language, rather than, literally fucking anything else.
