Our National Poll on Healthy Aging just released new data on flu & COVID-19 vaccination, and reasons for not seeking updated vaccines, in people 50+.

A great example of one of our members’ research informing #healthpolicy at the state level.
Testified (via Zoom) before the MI Senate Finance Committee on SB 701 & 702. My research shows unpredictable medical expenses drive delayed care and worse health. These bills add guardrails to prevent medical debt from escalating. Thanks to Sens. Sarah Anthony & Jonathan Lindsey and their teams.

Congress has two weeks to decide what to do about #telehealth rules under Medicare.

Our members recently published findings about trends in total office visits - virtual and in-person - under traditional Medicare since those rules became more flexible in spring 2020: ihpi.umich.edu/news-events/...
