Are they actually being prudent here?
They're planning in a 5% rise but making contingency for 10%.
They were stupid to think there was easy wasteful spending to cut, but it sounds like now they haven't found it, they're not just cutting stuff anyway.

What's his other stats like? Team play, passing, etc
My eye test tells me moves tend to end with him, whereas they tended to start with Firmino (if that makes sense).

I like this but the titles should remind them they're serving the people, not above the people. Maybe
