Also the doctor let me know that apparently you’re not supposed to swallow the phlegm or nasal drip from your lungs, you have to spit it out…that would’ve been great to know before I’ve been swallowing the past few days.
Spit. Don’t swallow. Many such cases.

I went to urgent care this morning and they told me I have acute bronchitis. So my voice sounds like absolute shit and I’m having horrible coughing fits. This sucks so bad as someone who talks to themselves all the time I hate having to be on vocal rest
