My dog's ear was pretty much one big fluid pocket and then keeping the drain clear was a bit gross but he didn't seem to care. He has one ear with a ridge of scar tissue but you can only tell when you're petting his ears. I couldn't find a pic of his ear bulge or drain, but this is Wilson
