The #G20 "paralysis is structural." With the South African Presidency ending last weekend, the G20 has once again failed to deliver solutions to the debt crisis.

It is time to look to the United Nations for a #debt architecture reform.

#FfD4 will not be a success without any meaningful #debt reform!
But rich countries' fear of an inclusive process - where borrowing countries can participate on equal footing with creditors - is blocking the process.
