Oh that's lovely. I've never seen one in person. I'd say you're very lucky! I've seen a handful for sale, even locally. One with a Cadillac 4.9 V8 swap even. That'd be a hoot.

Not entirely sure myself but I think it comes down to the fender emblems being either just shapes or having the bed length on them (59). At this angle it's not super clear if the fender emblem says anything, I thought they may have just said Apache. Not sure though.
