Gotta love the red lights

A year ago if you asked me if I wanted to tag along to the gym I would laugh in your face and think you were an idiot for even asking me that. Now I stand here a year later 45 lb lighter and healthier then ever. I feel better about myself and my mental health has improved. Exercise saved me ♥️
