I love an extremely basic Thanksgiving plate. Like last meal love it. If you put turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and gravy on a plate, there’s nothing there that doesn’t go with everything else. Literally just throw it in a pile like a seafood boil in front of me.

I’d go all in on Miles Morales’ world. It’s overdue, and Derek can attest, I’ve been saying it since like… 2013? They know it too! Shows and movies have been borrowing from his stories for years now. He can and should carry a series. Not a sidekick or teammate. The headliner from beginning to end.

It’d be totally disgusting, but I’d love to see the setting for the Escaping Exodus duology meticulously rendered. I also think we’ve talked about a Monk & Robot tea/walking sim on NG. I know it’s basically already this, but gimme a choose-your-own-adventure Oxenfree book/ARG that gets WEIRD weird.

At this point it’s just a nonsense word. My Twitter username was *briefly* a Survivor tribe name + “Ranger” (typical). During S33 I changed my name to Ikabula Ranger. Then for Halloween I think IkaBOOla Ranger. Then ickybooley, and since it doesn’t mean anything, I stuck with it. The SEO’s all mine!

I actually don’t think I’ll go out to the movies over the holiday, because it’s gonna be nuts. At home though, I’ve been catching up on and filling in gaps for the Alien & Predator franchises. Probably more of that. There are some animated movies I’ve been putting off, so probably some of that.

For most nerdy things, I don’t pay attention to the business or pre-production side of things. Armchair business & marketing experts are my least favorite thing about modern fandom. But I feel like they’ve made it clear that the series will effectively continue under a different name, right? So 🤷🏻♂️

Hmm, well I think bringing me coffee, letting me escape into some loud music, and a long quiet hug are probably the top three. Coffee would probably be third on that list—it wouldn't be a great strategy all the time, whereas the other two can be deployed kinda whenever.
