I mean... Icipher's own canon is full of enough trauma, but her dark vault timeline where she's repeatedly tortured and SA'd by the Heaven's Ward while the person she has unacknowledged feelings for is forced to watch is probably the worst I've ever done to her.

It deeply disturbed her that the magic flowing through her was the very same magic used to torture Aymeric and give him some of his scars, specifically a lightning scar on his chest that took a long time to fade.

Icipher isn't naturally magically inclined, unless you count her dark aether that she uses for DRK abilities. But in EW she harnesses Charibert's old BLM crystal in order to fight Profane Fafnir, and it feels "corrupting" to her.

it's thanksgiving in the us so i headcanon there's an ishgardian feast day a month before starlight where it's tradition for all the knights to prepare a feast together, and icipher always helps out

Icipher always denies it at first, but then realizes she just needs to rest. Aymeric is usually there to take care of her, and sometimes he'll even miss work if she's feeling especially awful (but she claims he doesn't need to do that even if she actually enjoys the extra attention)

Believe it or not, it wasn't instantaneous. But Aymeric asking Icipher out for a drink was what made me seriously consider them getting together. And then it just grew from there.

But the poor guy went through everything he goes through in canon while that universe's WoL doesn't give him a second thought, and deep down he's really lonely but won't acknowledge it and buries himself in his work to distract himself, but then once he moves to Pelican Town

This kind of happens in my Stardew Valley AU, where by the time Aymeric meets Icipher, they're around 11 years older than when they actually meet in canon, the Dragonsong War is a thing of the past and Aymeric has been Lord Speaker for 10 years before retiring.

But something like "I'm the fucking Lord Commander" and "I'm fucking the Lord Commander" would probably suit them more.

But also? The thought of having children is starting to cross Icipher's mind. It still absolutely terrifies her at this point, and she doesn't feel ready, but she's thinking about bringing it up to Aymeric soon.

Lately? Icipher has been really nervous about the Heavyweight tournament coming up, that she's being forced to participate in. She's hoping this will be her last "adventure" ever.

(i'm still one of alisaie's biggest haters if you couldn't tell, although at this point i kinda hate alphinaud too since both of them get too much screentime and i feel like the writers really want them to be the main characters and have them speak over the WoL constantly)

Coils still exists somewhere. She doesn't, she's wrong, and Alisaie ended up slapping Icipher the last time they really spoke. She got an invite to the wedding but made a huge deal out of choosing not to go.
