To ALL the bsky.social users whose posted images, poems & words of wisdom, affirm & reaffirm that the world & some [sadly, not all] humans in it, are beautiful, undeserved gifts to me, that are far beyond my capacity & ability to ever repay.
“No Congre vote?” Are you surprised? Trump & much of Congress were ELECTED, CHOSEN. Why? Beats me, but what IS clear is that Trump & his Circle Jerk buddies are NOT the problem. They were put there by +77M people who can’t do simple math & can’t foresee what happens when you put foxes in a henhouse.

Seeing is more than sight; it requires also insight. Vision is sight (subjective, internal) & light (objective, external): a perfectly functioning eye is useless in the dark. Seeing is more than looking that requires understanding; & sometimes seeing not only WHAT IS THERE, but seeing WHAT IS NOT.

I'd intended to include the following images in my previous post about what it is exactly that can, in this amazing, stupefyingly incomprehensible universe, be gleaned ONLY from photographs of objects taken from distances that can ONLY be detailed in parsecs. Are we humble enough to "see" anything?
