Absolutely, stop pandering to the Right wing, they are not coming back... Do the right thing, rejoin, the immediate benefits will win over the middle grounders, who are the people that can be encouraged to come back..

I showed my boys the video of his speech a few years as ago, they have made their beds every day since, they are both at university now, still making their beds...

We switched to Duckduckgo, Proton and Zoho mail, deleted IG, FB, IM, SnapC.. Before we did all this I installed a tracker that detected how many data theft attempts were made across all my apps, in 3 days it was in excess of 45k!! That was all the evidence we needed, everything also runs quicker.

My wife, goes to a knitting group every Tuesday, she spends 3hrs in the company of wise and kind older Swedish ladies... Its these small things that give us a reassuring warmth, that we did the right thing 8 years ago

I commend your empathy... My family and I have been driven through every bureaucratic hoop possible and some, simply to exist in the EU, so, I am a little short on sympathy for those who caused it.. Our citizenship should be completed in the next 6 months, then, at last, we can breath...

I see a steady trickle of Brits leaving 🇸🇪 returning to the 🇬🇧. A mixture of failed immigration status, lost jobs/lack of employment opportunities, reality of life in 🇸🇪.. in fairness, I still see a good number trying to move here, unfortunately, without an EU passport,or a work visa it's impossible.

We took the leap of faith 8 yrs ago, firstly to Gozo, then on to Sweden, we got into 🇸🇪 about a year before the Brexit window shut, if I had a £ for every Uk national who asks about moving to 🇸🇪 🤷 but that ship has sailed, it's virtually impossible to come here now if you a UK national..

On holiday in Europe we rarely admit to being English, my wife speaks good French, we both have some German and Swedish is our second language, so we can avoid cretins like these " fancy dressers"
