If you are feeling brave (and maybe own a hazmat suit), what's left of the house under all this is having an open day for prospective buyers.

Big delays on the Elizabeth line :(

BUT... having to use the crossover tracks just outside Whitechappel so the eastbound train arrives on the westbound platforms at Whitechapel and Canary Wharf :)

Two blocks of flats at Old Street, one with Gails at the bottom and the other with Greggs.

I wonder if that affects the house prices?

"Darling, I simply can't live above Greggs, lets pay £5k extra to live next door, that's above Gails"

Buckingham Palace's Royal Mews has opened its "first ever Christmas pop-up shop".

Thinking that they were putting it in the Royal Mews, maybe taking over some of the stables, I popped along for a look at the pop-up.

It's just the existing tourist shop open for Christmas :(

The lighting shop on Kensington Church Street is closing down.

Oddly sad about that, as it seemed to be a centuries-old family business (actually, about 80 years) and would outlast every fad that society could throw at it.
