You'd think. But as I said, the other characters are pretty shallow, so I wouldn't be shocked if she existed JUST for this choice on whether or not to have an extra fight sequence at the end or not. Dispatch is a fun game, with a lot of potential that needs to be explored further.

Yep. Also absent from some promo art that features literally everyone else. I assume that cutting Coupe or not was always the original choice, which is why cutting him feels...very strange too.

That doesn't explain Flambae though. I like Dispatch, but I feel the creators...didn't really think much about nuances outside of the very specific story they wanted to tell. Robert, Blazer, and Invisigal are the main cast: The others are fluff with shallow gimmicks.

That may be due to the fact he apparently wasn't a character until they were playtesting builds: Apparently, he existed only for the break room joke (hence why I assume he never echolocates again), but people kept asking about him, so they made him a character.

Sonar doesn't TF due to doing coke as far as I'm aware, he just often chooses to turn after. But yes, he's a functional addict who seems more impaired by horndogging than drugs, so...I don't know if he was worse before Malevola, or what.

No, but if the complainant is also of the opinion the sentence was overkill and the situation 'not that bad', he clearly wasn't thinking it to have any actual seriousness to it.
