Like imagine Stephen Miller resigning because Bondi’s DOJ was investigating him and Trump was just like “ok Pam, do what you gotta do.” Or Hegseth resigning because he wasted DoD funds on pointless photo ops. Or Katel resigning because he jetted around using government planes to visit his girlfriend

Until the deep rot that permeates the federal government and many associated private industries is weeded out and burned, because by that standard our nation doesn’t deserve to be defended so long as such corruption exists

Itself against invasion, rape, murder of civilians, kidnapping of children, etc., should not require a zero corruption mindset as a precondition; see my first general point the human condition. And on that, if zero corruption is a prerequisite for strong national defense…

Independent anti-corruption office, and that’s why Yermak resigned today. Anti-corruption anti-bodies not only exist in Ukrainian society, they actually seem to work and are capable of applying political pressure that forces change and fights back against back-sliding.
