Looks like this could force automakers in China dependent on sales of plug-in hybrids to emphasize all-electrics in a year or so.
This just underlines how plug-in hybrids are a temporary bridge to all-electric. Automakers outside of China should take note.

Absolutely love seeing people doing these huge EV road trips, even when their car of choice may not be the most conducive for blissful long-distance travel.
Sometimes you just have to do the job with the tool you have and not the one you wish you had.

I think we do a disservice calling the current geologic/biological era the ‘Anthropocene’
It should be the ‘Cacothropocene’ for Bad Human Era.
Eventually we will get through this, we will learn how to live with the planet and how to care for the biosphere. That will be the real Anthropocene.
