Fair question. I do know that boys academic achievement is measurably down, and outcomes are trending poorly. It might be that this generation of guys is SO new to dealing with emotions that it’s being called “an epidemic”.

This is definitely not to say that women should date or tolerate "low-effort, mean, and incompetent men". More that we need to figure out a way to address guys directly which doesn't come at the expense of women (plus also overthrow our oligarch overlords and make a prosperous society for everyone).

So with guys receiving radio silence from the Left, the Right is all too eager to fill that void with bullshit. Not just fake promises, but with bile about how "the Left/women/progressives HATE men". And you lose an argument you don't even show up to.

I do think in recent decades, society has been more upfront w/ explaining to girls "the deck is gonna be stacked against you, and you will need to work twice as hard".
