I've noticed a bit of a trend with reforms donors, a lot of them seem to love living or having their company headquarters based in developing countries, nothing to do with lax taxation or cheap labour I'm sure.

Have any journalists tried asking former classmates? Maybe I'm being a bit dense and you can't get that information or maybe I haven't read enough and they have found firsthand testimony but I'm not hearing anything and as a layman the first thing I'd be doing is questioning his classmates
