It seems that way! This guide looks long but if you follow the first part it's just under 10 mins. Easy enough to pair a PS5 controller to your phone too 😎

It emulates pretty well these days and still has servers for multiplayer! I believe there's a PS3 emulator for Android now too, but mileage might vary.
