2025 is almost here and I am 50 years old. Resuming my #onewordchallenge for 2025 and my word is “less”. Might seem like a sad choice for a mantra, but it’s perfect for me this year. I’m going in to 2025 being true to myself and focusing less on things that don’t bring me joy. What’s your word?
