The sky is beautiful. As natural wonder. As a scientist too-the result of humidity, temperature, pressure and wind interacting with light waves diffracting and being absorbed.

I’m trying to figure out what Gratitude Practice means for me. Making lists of what I’m grateful for doesn’t work— becomes rote quickly. So I’m trying to tune in to small moments or feelings that would otherwise pass by. Take those moments fully in my consciousness and feel them completely.
