This is policing in Canada in 2023. An obscene waste of taxpayer resources, complete avoidance of actual "major crimes" - against the marginalized and the damn planet - and implicit threats on social media as PR. Fucking hellscape.

It is true that there are significant emissions sources that can't _economically_ be displaced by renewables with current tech. Steel, concrete, and fertilizer come to mind. I don't think that's what they're saying though...

Dating myself here but this is my earliest political memory. 30+ years later and still no #Landback. I am ashamed of my country's (mis)treatment of Indigenous people and their lands, past and present.
