Natural selection 2020s edition.

Wild times when your political identity is a potential risk to your life (or others lives)

If we recall the pandemic, registered republicans deaths were 15% higher than registered democrats, mainly because of trust in vaccines and likely access to better healthcare

Historically overpriced by historic measures fair. Now redo it with cost $ margin assumptions much lower because of ai for many companies. It’ll be bumpy for certain, but I think we’re in the early innings of a re-rating where people will comfortably pay 20-30x for the best companies

I think you’ve confused the matter here, but thanks for your contribution. If only things like “what prohibited” mattered.

Sadly, I’m in the same boat. Even more sick is wanting it to be someone on Trumps side with mental health challenges….anything to advance the conversation on gun control

I’m at the point now where the longer the wait, the better of it will be for dems come midterms…regardless of your politics, protecting pedos is fucking disgusting.

Never in the history of the world has someone protected evidence that would exonerate them soooooo hard.

@bobeunlimited.bsky.social what are your thoughts on fixed 3-4% rates for first time homebuyers and if something like that would help unstick the market in places? People will say “it’s not fair” and while that may be true, similar things have been done before.

Serious question, not trying to be cute. I consider myself pretty well informed, why is that I have never heard of either of them? Perhaps it’s by design/accident (ie - I don’t align with where they post) but still odd to have never heard of them.

Nobody is voting for lady Mickey Rourke

The chart looks like lower highs🤣. It would support the narrative that corrections and washouts may become more frequent but be quick and less protracted

The olds have been saying this and talking about the past since *checks notes* forever.

I wondered the same, but to me it feels like buying a dilapidated house because there (might) be treasure buried underneath ( streaming / assets)

This happens every time, the state has more people than any state and most of them just want to use it to garner attention…. There’s legitimately 3-4 who have an actual chance

Feels like a missed opportunity to say Eli Trilly.

You can steal that one Mike, plenty more where that came from

Tough scene. We buy more and wait. Easy game, just not a fun/patient one.

This won’t work against the likes of a Jeffries. Against a Cuomo, Sliwa, and Adams…A fucking mop could have had a strong showing as long as it campaigned on price lock on cleaning costs
