I’ve spend most of the day cleaning and listening to music. December is hard and things get away from me but I’m determined not to spend my entire break cleaning. Busy day today but very worth it. 🧹🧽

I’ve had some really weird dream lately but I can’t remember them. I just know that the night before last I woke up yelling and last night I woke up twice after being scared or confused.

Last full week before break. Our babies have two days next week (which means I do too.) I don’t understand why it’s different but it’s just a couple of extra days. We got this! Right?

There is still real kindness in the world. Today, I did some food shopping at the new Aldi that’s kinda close to me and a stranger lady came up to me and gave me a $10 coupon! Incredible! Keeping an eye out to pass that kindness this week. TPWK for real yall. 🫶🏻

Yesterday, it was 10 years since my dad passed. I had to work yesterday morning so I wore a jacket that was my Mom’s (she’s been gone almost 4 years). Grief is so strange. Learning to live with grief is tough. Beautiful but tough. If you’re a grieving person, I see you. I’m sending love to you. 🤍

I have an open house this morning (on a Saturday?! Bleh but oh well) then I’m going to pick up some fun things, stop by Lush, get an eggnog daiquiri, and go home then take a bath & we’ll see what happens from there.
