Don't you mean a blockade of the 51st state? This is the new world order we've heard about. Russia, China and the US are beginning the division of the world. As long as China is salivating over Taiwan and the US is withholding aid. Ukraine speaks for itself. It appears, US Monroe Doctrine is a go.

Trump has become obsessed with the new world order. From Greenland to Argentina. Trump is obsessed with control of the Americas. He wants the US out of Korea. He is holding up $20 billion os arms shipment to Taiwan. He's written off Ukraine. His motives are obvious.
