No he doesn't. It's not the Brexit "deal". It's Brexit

More of a butt kicker. But enough of childish insults. Enjoyed the chat and hope you have a good rest of your day

I have no cult. I lack faith in almost everything
December 2, 2025 at 10:55 PM
My goodness the cult is strong with some
December 2, 2025 at 10:47 PM
Good for you

Musk's numbers are clearly wrong. But what might be more interesting is what % of the world's wealth is owned by these poor unfortunate white people, who accidentally seem to have found themselves in the homelands of non-white people in the Americas, Australasia, Africa, Asia and the Middle East

Perfect finality? When the universe ends? Value judgments being subjective is maybe something people should try when arguing with the store about the cost of their shopping! 😂

Gold has no intrinsic value either, apart from limited jewelry and industrial use. I can go into that too (I did elsewhere), but this is boring and silly
December 2, 2025 at 9:51 PM
Verifiable scarcity doesn't mean any real value other than in the minds of the duped, but hey! It's a terrific con job
December 2, 2025 at 9:45 PM
Ok, enjoy your bitcoin cos it's a special digital coloured shell with apparent controls. I'll stick to fiat for everyday, recognising that it is not perfect, erodes and has its risks. But without stable governance of some sort world is screwed anyway and good luck with crypto then
December 2, 2025 at 9:37 PM
Every man made construct will ultimately fail, including fiat currency which inexorably erodes through inflation. But crypto is just garbage and its management or scarcity is irrelevant. Might as well be coloured shells. But admittedly it has a strong cult

Don't give me maths or math. I have a maths degree and 40+ years experience in finance. Bitcoin and all non-backed crypto are Ponzi of the worst kind. Fiat currency has its problems of course but that's a matter of ensuring decent, stable government over the long term. All else is chaos and hype
December 2, 2025 at 9:20 PM
I don't have dollars in my bank a/c, but thanks. A made up digital currency is the ultimate Ponzi, and its scarcity or otherwise is irrelevant. Admittedly governments can and do f*ck up their currency, but totally fake money is not really the answer
December 2, 2025 at 9:12 PM
Is that a valid argument? What's in my bank current a/c is not subjective for the purpose of paying for a non-subjective amount of groceries (even if I balk at the cost), except in some quirky pseudo-philosophical sense that religous cultists try to defend their faith against reason and common sense
December 2, 2025 at 9:03 PM
Some are, some aren't, and some are hype and wishful thinking

In line with their oath US military should have forcibly deposed Trump by now

Why does Forbes feel the need to put 'Evil' in quotes? For fear of retribution from the pedo dictator?
December 2, 2025 at 7:08 PM
Have they all had themselves castrated?
December 2, 2025 at 7:00 PM
Arguably the US is now a militant Christian regime!

Bank commercial paper is always more risky as banks can and do fail and their debt is subordinate to their protected customer deposits. It's all a very complex subject and people sadly do get burnt
December 2, 2025 at 6:11 PM
Money is an artificial construct, I grant you. If you prefer to trust bitcoin on the basis that fiat is just as or more fanciful than crypto, it's your choice. I've tried to explain why fiat is ultimately more reliable (though not foolproof - think Weimar Germany), but it is a very complex subject
December 2, 2025 at 6:08 PM
Remember though that in giving up you have to be contrite (not just looking for an easy way out) and you have to suffer a penance of her choice and for however long she determines. The issue will also go on the ledger to be used against you in any future conflict for ever more
December 2, 2025 at 6:00 PM
Don't confuse the payment method with the instrument of payment. I'd always ultimately want to receive pounds, euros or dollars (or something backed by those), however sent, and ultimately to be deposited in an account at a regulated bank. As artificial as that is, it's still the safest bet

In either giving or following an order to murder people on the high seas, the admiral is guilty of murder. He should certainly lawyer up but he needs to spend the rest of his life in jail, along with his political masters
