Ich glaube, das sind weniger die Vorgesetzten, die das ergiebig finden sondern vielmehr die Kollegen der Vorgesetzten, welche die Stelle gerne für eine etwaige Nachfolge als Ausstattungszusage verwenden würden. Das geht schlecht, wenn da schon jemand drauf sitzt.
